This Class focuses on strength, cardio and functional movements. This is a simple and effective workout that will build up your exercise and challenge you each week. Suitable for beginners.

Pilates

This Fun Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise that can help with Core stability, strength, flexibility and body awareness.

Flexibility

This flexibility class uses active stretching which can help with joint mobility and functional flexibility - Also available as a 1-1

Flex and Flow

This 12 week program includes clinical assessment, flexibility training, rehabilitation or muscular endurance training, and massage therapy. This can help enhance overall physical well-being and performance.
